About the Project: 

This survey is being conducted on behalf of the Cancer Council, Australia.

The survey seeks to understand different perceptions of health care, and sources of support for cancer patients, caregivers, and extended family. Completing the survey will help ensure Cancer Council Australia can meet the needs of your community members in providing care and support.

While the survey is a little longer, we appreciate the time you will take to help meet the needs of those impacted by cancer.
