This survey is being conducted on behalf of Sydney Water. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. It is available to speakers of Greek, Italian, Arabic, Vietnamese, and people from an indian background.

The Cancer Council offers a service to help support people who have been diagnosed with cancer and their caregivers as they go through their treatment journey. They are looking to test potential brand names for the service. 

The survey will show some potential names and ask for your response.

• You must be aged 18 above.
  - You must be born in India.
  - You or your immediate family must not work in banking, finance, insurance, media, marketing or politics.
  - You must know at least 3 Australian banks.
  - You must have arrived in Australia less than 5 years ago.

Note: This survey is conducted twice a year. If you completed this in the last six months, you will not be eligible to take part at this time.
